v0.7.0 — Multi-source provenance and overlap intelligence #13

Closed

Description

@aleff-github

Goal

Turn the multi-source collection introduced in 0.6 into provider-aware archive intelligence without changing Wayparam's passive OSINT model.

Scope

1. Full provenance

Add an opt-in mode that preserves one normalized endpoint record per archive source instead of letting the first provider hide later evidence.

Proposed CLI:

wayparam -d example.com --source wayback, commoncrawl --provenance --format jsonl

Default behavior remains unchanged and globally deduplicated.

2. Source overlap summary

Add a provider-neutral domain summary showing:

  • union of normalized URLs
  • URLs observed by each selected source
  • overlap across selected sources
  • source-exclusive URLs

3. Output contract

Keep existing TXT/JSONL output backward-compatible by default. New provenance-aware structures are opt-in and deterministic.

4. GUI/docs/tests

Expose the new analysis in the local UI and document semantics, especially that counts represent archive-index evidence and not live-target state.

Non-goals

  • no crawling or probing live targets
  • no exploitability scoring
  • no ambiguous cross-archive capture-count semantics
  • no breaking changes to default 0.6 behavior

Release target

v0.7.0
