Guides still promise an Agent UI agent picker and Hub panel the redesign removed (3 places) #4873
The custom-agent and hub-publishing guides still promise Agent UI features that the redesign (#4509) removed: an agent picker, conversation-starter chips, a per-agent connector prompt, and a Hub panel for installing agents. A developer who follows the custom-agent guide drops their agent into ~/.gaia/agents/ and then finds no way to select it or chat with it in the UI, which now only runs the flagship. The guides should say where custom agents can actually be used (CLI, API, MCP), and the dead UI references should come out.
