[Bug]: Splash screen doesn't show at all on Android TV 12+ #1976

What happened?

1. Run nowinandroid demo app
2. Launch Phone API 36.0 emulator - splash screen shown as expected
3. Launch app on TV android 11 - splash screen shown as expected
4. Launch app on Android TV 12+ - screen doesn't show at all: no icon, no animation, no windowSplashScreenBackground

Tell me please:

1. Can I launch animation on android TV 12 +
2. Can I show icon on android TV 12 +
3. Why Splash screen doesn't showing at all on android TV 12+
