Some Dart transformer tests are *probably* being skipped #5934
Description
I think a conflict between package:guinness and package:code_transformers is causing the tests registered via package:code_transformers wrapping methods to be skipped.
This is definitely happening locally, but due to limited output on Travis it is difficult to tell - will know soon.

These tests are not currently being skipped, but once we upgrade
package:code_transformers,package:analyzer, andpackage:observeto their latest versions (which incorporatepackage:test), they will be.Now working on upgrading those packages without losing tests - I'll close this since it is not an actual problem.
