I’m a software engineer at GovTech Singapore. I work on software systems, AI tooling, and the engineering practices around them.

I’m exploring agents as tool users and tool authors. Compilers, program graphs, runtime analysis, and formal methods do the analysis and checking. The agent coordinates that work, inspects the results, and builds tools for missing capabilities.
Some pieces of that work:
- Modernizr: agent skills for investigating legacy systems through code property graphs, graph algorithms, and symbolic analysis.
- KIE Agent Tools: semantic command-line tools for inspecting, editing, and validating business-process, decision, rule, and test-scenario assets.
- ARL frontend for Joern: my work on representing compiled business rules as a code property graph. The link goes directly to the frontend’s source and tests.
- BigCorp: a synthetic enterprise Java system for exploring code analysis and agent tooling across legacy technologies.
These are tools and experiments at different stages. I’m working toward making techniques developed for individual projects reusable.
