[MSHARED-983] remove org.codehaus.plexus.logging.AbstractLogEnabled

The problem is

public abstract class AbstractJavaTool<Request extends JavaToolRequest>
extends AbstractLogEnabled implements JavaTool<Request>

This should be replaced with SLF4J to remove a lot of transitive dependencies on plexus-container.

However this change is backwards incompatible.

It's entirely possible no one is using this package, at all. Can anyone find a use of this in the code base somewhere?
