chore: update all deps, resume page, strict lint, mobile type fixes - #230

- pnpm up -r --latest across the monorepo (ag-ui 0.0.59, CopilotKit 1.69 to 1.70, expo 57.0.19, oxlint 1.81, sentry 10.73) - remove @Ag-ui pnpm overrides; single @ag-ui/core 0.0.59 per app verified with pnpm why - hold react-native at 0.86.3 for mobile apps: RN 0.87 removed rn-get-polyfills and expo SDK 57 does not support it (SDK 58 canary), which breaks expo export; keep the compatible fixes (ComponentRef refs, AppState guard, Uniwind classNames) - restore @babel/core 7 in mobile trees (RN preset hard-requires it) - web: new /resume page sourced from agents/resume/resume.md, vercel.json cleanup, Resume nav link - web: replace hand-mirrored Agui types with canonical @ag-ui/client Message/ToolCall/ActivityMessage; selectArtifact takes unknown with a type predicate; zero casts, zero new disables - web oxlint: 21 rules to error, drop stale test overrides - sentry 10.73 crashes vite-node under jsdom (upstream getsentry/sentry-javascript#23789); mock the boundary in error-boundary.test.tsx until the SDK ships the fix - mobile tests: text-encoding stub plus test.server.deps.inline for the deprecated CJS polyfill under vitest 5

Updates every JS dependency repo-wide (
pnpm up -r --latest) and fixes all resulting fallout. Verified:pnpm build5/5, web 278 tests, grocery-mobile 89, mobile 26, native-markdown 20, oral-boards 11, all lints/typechecks clean.Dependency alignment
