Python deprecation in the tap module #855

Closed

Description

@bsipocz

There are new python deprecation warnings triggered in the tap module when using python 3.6.

These should ideally be addressed before we make a new release in order to avoid the API deprecations procedure.

Examples:
https://travis-ci.org/astropy/astroquery/jobs/210798778#L1394
