Obviously astropy-helpers v2.0 should be included in the release to support newer sphinx.

Yes. Originally I planned to have a v1.3.2 that had that fix, but now it's more and more pointless so will go straight with 2.0.

Shortly after the official astropy 2.0 release, I'd like to release 0.4. For this release, I think it would be good to drop support for the astropy 1.x and 1.0.x LTS and make astropy >= 2.0 as the dependency. Any objections to requiring astropy >= 2.0?
