Ellipses rendered as round rectangles #156
Description
Seems like ellipses can be rendered as rounded rectangles if their width and height are not the same.
In this case, the circle but it appears it's a rounded rectangle instead. Why is it changing the width of the element? Maybe that's a separate issue?
Maybe Ellipses should be rendered as SVG instead? See #152

I realized the ellipses in my screen shot are being distorted because the frame is smaler than the contents and flex-shrink is causing them to squish.
