Persist and manage workspace template fragment indexes - #7284

Fixes bndtools#7276 Add a bndtools.core preference `workspaceTemplateIndexes` (default FragmentTemplateEngine.DEFAULT_INDEX) to persist extra -workspace-templates indexes. The New Bnd Workspace wizard now loads them from this preference instead of hard-coding DEFAULT_INDEX and persists indexes added via the '+' button. A "Workspace Template Indexes" group on the Templates preference page manages them (Add/Remove), mirroring the templateRepoUriList UI. The list can be pre-seeded via Oomph: /instance/bndtools.core/workspaceTemplateIndexes. I gave this a quick try:
- added a new index via the + button in the New Workspace (Fragments) wizard
- afterwards the new index url appeared in the Preferences
-
Also next time I opened the Wizard all indexes (two like in the screenshot) seemed to be used.
-
Removing one index url from the preferences page also impacted the Wizard correctly next time and the additional fragments were removed.
