Bump version from 1.5.0dev0 to 1.5.0 and mark the changelog section "Current 1.5.0 (GitHub)" as "Current 1.5.0 (stable)", removing the empty "Requirements" and "Code health" placeholders, mirroring the pattern from the v1.4.0 release commit.
