Set the split-package Composer manifests to stable minimum stability.
The explicit keys are retained to keep future version updates focused and avoid unnecessary remove/re-add churn. Existing
dev-5.nextto5.5.x-devbranch aliases remain unchanged, as they continue to describe the development branch correctly.
