I am extending the castle-library-model-viewer to support multiple opened windows (contexts), so I needed
TCastleApplication.MultipleWindowsPossibleto returntruefor this case. However I think the same backend (castlewindow_library) is used for iOS and Android apps, so just changing the return value was not suitable. So I just added a special function that may set the return value.
It is successfully used in qt_library_tester project that opens multiple scenes side by side, freely, in MDI windows. In GIT branch multi-window at the moment, until this PR is merged here.
