Bug: Wrong Date Being Used #413

Description

@ben-vargas

Updated to latest release and there's a regression bugs on time it seems, it is 2025-08-03 in US/Mountain time but I have usage showing for 2025-08-04.

I presume it is using UTC or similar default timezone which doesn't make sense for users.

Version 15.6.0

    Caused by PR 409 in which src/data-loader.ts is set to hardcode timeZone: 'UTC' rather than allowing user's local timezone.

    oh yeah I think it is because of local time logic changes.

    Thank you as always.
