sudo dnf config-manager --add-repo https://cli.github.com/packages/rpm/gh-cli.repo
sudo dnf install gh --repo gh-cli

    Thanks for the issue.

    As far as I can tell, sudo dnf install dnf-plugins-core.noarch looks to me to be related to DNF4. You can follow the DNF4 instructions, which install only the required package from dnf-plugins-core.
