gh repo create missing org flag #8340

Description

@ndrone-kr

Describe the feature or problem you’d like to solve

While trying to create repositories with gh repo create there is no option to create a repository within an organization.

Proposed solution

Looking for a -o or --org flag so we don't have to create a repository, and then transfer it to the correct organization.

    @ndrone-kr You can specify the owner of the repo using this syntax gh repo create OWNER/REPO. This will allow you to create a repo within an organization. From the docs this is not clear so I can understand how this functionality was overlooked. I think we should expand the docs for repo create to include an example using this syntax. @ndrone-kr do you think that would have been enough to help you discover this functionality?

    Somewhat similar to #8147.

    @samcoe I raised a PR for this #9715. Nothing major. Just an extra example. Please take a look.
