Output URL for newly-created repo #8431

After creating a repo, I currently don't have a way to see the newly-created repo in a browser or share it with someone else.

Proposed solution

Output the URL for the new repo. Probably after Created repository <owner/repo name> on GitHub?

Additional context

Should work similarly to issue and PR creation:

% gh issue create
