StringUtils.isNotEmpty() does not negate StringUtils.isEmpty() #214

While the latter does a trim() (

public static boolean isEmpty( String str )
{
return ( ( str == null ) || ( str.trim().isEmpty() ) );
}
) and is actually doing StringUtils.isBlank() the former does never trim.

    I'd push a 3.5.0 with this fixed finally after 14 years.
