feat: expand profile identity customization - #484

…ta semantically Moves the grid's windowing/keyboard logic into useSymbolPickerIconGrid (no ref reads during render, complexity under the cap), switches picker sizes to bare token utilities, drops the unused static-copy plugin, and makes the Emojibase mirror check compare parsed data so the repo formatter owns the bytes. Summary
This branch expands profile identity customization, aligns profile ownership chrome across Web surfaces, and repairs every release-validation failure observed in Actions run 32908155479.
The profile picker now uses the full generated Lucide catalog, a local searchable Emojibase catalog with skin tones, and a popover color picker. Profile rows can open the canonical identity editor directly from the switcher, while compact session ownership uses the selected profile glyph with hover and assistive labels.
The branch also completes the React Doctor cleanup that exposed several extraction and dependency-identity regressions, then hardens the exact CI paths that failed in the release job.
