Hard cut from exclusive terminal ownership (leases, takeover dialog, input handoff) to shared input across the runtime, CLI/API, native tools, hooks, web, generated contracts, site docs, and QA scenarios. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <[email protected]>
Replace the CLAUDE.md "Greenfield Alpha" section with the Compatibility Policy: user state never breaks, public surfaces deprecate before they delete, internal code stays hard-cut. Retire SD-002 in favor of SD-013, add lesson L-040, narrow the scope of L-006/L-025, and align the spec playbook, glossary, spec template, peer-review prompt, research-issues templates, and schema-migration skill with the new regimes. Also refresh installed skills (skill-doctor, releasepr repair reference, deep-review merge-base manifest, cy-final-verify CI monitoring, herdr-orchestration visual checks) with their skills-lock entries, classify skills-lock.json as a no-lane path in the local gate, and let lint-staged's oxlint step tolerate staged files that oxlint ignores.
