Final remediation is in Both second-round inline threads are resolved. The outside-diff finding in The CI extension-parity failure was a sequential clock-read mismatch (HTTP uptime 0s, UDS 1s). The test now applies the existing measured sampling-window rule to extension list/detail reads, checks nonnegative and bounded monotonic uptime, and compares every other field exactly. The real settings HTTP/UDS integration suite passed under the race detector. Validation: current CodeRabbit completed exactly two review runs. Its two review records for the second run share run ID Final-head CI is now running. Squash merge waits for it and the final-head React Doctor result. |

What & why
Long-running sessions need two different answers: how full is the agent’s context window, and what did CompozyOS deliver into it? Previously, context was a small Goal-only fact, the session sidebar spread information across four tabs, and usage reads omitted context and cache details.
This PR delivers the session-context specification across the daemon, Web, CLI, and HTTP/UDS:
prompt_deliveryreceipt only after transport confirmation. Startup prompts, skills/catalog stubs, hook replacements, and attachments keep their ownership and freshness. Text estimates use UTF-8 bytes ÷ 4; binary attachments show bytes without invented token counts.Co-written by Codex. Claude Code Fable 5.1 High performed two source-review rounds during implementation (final verdict PASS). Codex inspected the fresh captures below against the current implementation. The final visual adjustment uses the ring-only trigger, compact empty states, shared UI primitives, and the approved Context rail layout.

Extension transport parity now validates uptime against the measured sampling interval while retaining exact comparison of other fields. The runtime evidence summary retains the normalized integration facts and live-provider limitations.
