WalkthroughThe change adds daemon-backed, profile-aware execution-root resolution for agent terminal sessions. Open, Exec, and Pipe operations use the resolved worktree root and normalize binding, lifecycle, and backend errors. ChangesTerminal execution-root binding

| internal/daemon/terminal_execution_root.go | resolveTerminalExecutionRoot checks the session, workspace, profile, active run, generation, and ready worktree. It maps failures to stable terminal errors. |
| internal/daemon/session_worktree_resolver.go | ResolveSessionWorktreeForProfile rejects a worktree owned by another profile before returning its root. |
| internal/terminal/manager_open.go | Agent launches replace the workspace root with the trusted session worktree root and drop broader extra directories. |
| internal/terminal/manager_pipe.go | Agent-owned ACP pipes use the same worktree root check as open and exec. System-owned pipes keep their prepared roots. |

- Around line 359-360: Update the rejection test cases in the boot worktree
tests to include a wantErr value, and replace the generic err == nil check with
errors. Is(err, wantErr). Assert the specific expected errors ErrNotFound,
ErrGenerationFenced, and worktree.ErrMissing for their respective cases while
preserving the existing root-binding validation.
In `@internal/terminal/manager_pipe.go`:
- Line 35: Update the call to resolveOpenWorkspace to pass &request.Actor
instead of nil, preserving the existing request context and allowed roots. This
ensures ACP agent requests undergo the actor-bound execution-root check while
relying on resolveOpenWorkspace’s existing handling for non-agent actors.
In `@internal/terminal/manager_test.go`:
- Line 82: Update the test cases around the loops over requested working
directories in the relevant test functions to run each value through a named
t.Run subtest using the “Should ...” naming pattern. Preserve the existing
assertions and test behavior while ensuring failures identify the requested cwd
case.
- Line 105: Update the rejected-cwd assertion around launch to use errors. As to
extract the terminal *Error, then assert its Code equals ErrorCodeInvalidCwd
instead of relying on errors. Is(err, ErrInvalidCwd).

Addressed all seven review findings in 1f5dc34: enforced worktree profile ownership and agent-pipe containment, preserved native/HTTP error codes, added named cases with exact error assertions, and linked the recorded lifecycle QA evidence. |
What & why
Fixes #640. A session bound to a ready managed worktree can now launch a terminal in that checkout. Previously, terminal open/exec validated against the parent workspace root and rejected the session's own worktree. Omitted and relative cwd now resolve from the bound checkout.
The daemon resolves the exact session/workspace/profile and active run generation, then verifies the worktree owner profile and readiness through the existing resolver. Expected session/worktree refusals retain stable native and HTTP terminal error codes. Parent checkouts, sibling directories, workspace add_dirs and symlink escapes cannot expand a bound session's launch directory.
