What & why

Fixes #669. Whitespace-only agent chunks were present in the event ledger but dropped while building session transcripts. That could join a Mermaid fence to its content and leave the rest of an answer inside one code block. The parser now keeps those chunks, and existing materialized transcripts are repaired from their original events.

How you verified it

Parser and projection regressions cover split fences, headings, and prose for canonical, legacy, and raw text events.
A persisted-session regression covers an older projection opened through the inactive-session query path. It checks repaired whitespace-only and padded raw text, repeated opens, event bytes, unrelated entries, message identity, sequence, generation, and active entry.
The focused Web component test confirms the Mermaid block ends before the following heading and paragraph.
A daemon-served browser test in a temporary home and port verified the split Mermaid fence, heading, and paragraph before and after reload. The focused transcript QA scenario records the pass.
The destination-mode browser E2E that failed once in CI passed on a focused local replay.
make gate and make test-e2e-runtime passed on the remediation commit. The runtime E2E lane now prepares one compatibility-stamped extension binary before test timeouts start; the new CI run is validating that lane.

Impact

Existing transcript REST and stream responses carry corrected text with no route or payload shape change. Inactive sessions upgrade their version 1 projection before a read-only query handle is returned. Direct read-only database opens remain non-mutating.
The event ledger, unrelated projections, workspace ownership, configuration, CLI, native tools, hooks, and SDKs are unchanged. The one-time upgrade scans text events in bounded batches and uses a transaction.
The E2E test harness reuses that compatibility-stamped binary across extension tests. No site documentation change is needed; the change-impact audit and focused transcript QA scenario are updated.
