Docker Builds currently have a git clone step which always clones the master. This makes it hard to do builds locally.
Since docker cannot add files from parent directories in the build context, maybe we should have Dockerfiles be invoked with a --file argument instead (so that the src/backend directories can be copied instead of being downloaded).
