Refresh the Alpine base image used by first-party image builds: the current base carries musl and zlib packages with published security fixes. One base bump clears the findings across ~30 first-party images (cozystack-api, cozystack-controller, installer, backup controllers, pluggers, etc.).

Routine maintenance: rebuild and run the standard test pipeline.
