hack/e2e-chainsaw/README.md lists harbor as needing jq on the host #4747

Closed

Description

The local-run instructions for the Chainsaw suites say harbor needs jq on the host, but the harbor suite never calls it. There is no jq in hack/e2e-chainsaw/harbor/ in any revision (git log -S jq -- hack/e2e-chainsaw/harbor is empty). The only helper it sources, _lib/pod-label-census.sh, has none either.

Harm is small: a host prepared for harbor alone gets a tool it doesn't need. The list itself is the weak part. It is written by hand, nothing checks it, and it has drifted before: #4295 was the same list missing bucket.

The kubernetes suites are missing from it too. _lib/run-kubernetes.sh runs jq on the host in cozy_tenant_worker_vmi_rows, on the worker diagnostics path.

Fix: drop harbor and add kubernetes-latest and kubernetes-previous. To keep it from drifting again, either say "most suites need jq" and keep only the mc/nc exceptions, or add a bats check that builds the set from the suites and the _lib helpers they source.

Fixed in #4713 (7e10b1d): harbor is gone from the jq list. Nothing else on that line is wrong now, so closing.
