Regression introduced in last 2 commits for helmreleases.yaml #832

Presently the e2e tests are failing with an error
lookup_func.go:130: [ERROR] unable to retrieve resource list for: helm.toolkit.fluxcd.io/v2 , error: the server could not find the requested resource
lookup_func.go:104: [ERROR] unable to get apiresource from unstructured: helm.toolkit.fluxcd.io/v2, Kind=HelmRelease , error the server could not find the requested resource
Error: template: cozy-platform/templates/helmreleases.yaml:19:9: executing "cozy-platform/templates/helmreleases.yaml" at <lookup "helm.toolkit.fluxcd.io/v2" "HelmRelease" $x.namespace $x.name>: error calling lookup: unable to get apiresource from unstructured: helm.toolkit.fluxcd.io/v2, Kind=HelmRelease: the server could not find the requested resource
which is raised when executing this line of the installer script.
This seems to be a regression introduced in the latest two commits for the helmreleases.yaml template. Substituting it with an older version of the same file removes the issue.
OKR: fix the issue while maintaining the logic introduced by the breaking changes.
