Conversation
Expose input-mode switching (as a radio group), signals, prompt and link navigation, clipboard and screen commands, terminal buffer management, and debug commands through easymenu. The menu is attached to the base mode map and the parentless char-mode map so it is reachable from every input mode.

Adds a "Ghostel" menu via
easy-menu-define, attached toghostel-mode-mapand the parentlessghostel-char-mode-map, so it is reachable from every input mode (GUI menu bar, or F10 /tmm-menubaron a TTY).Entries:
Adds one ERT test asserting the menu resolves from each input-mode keymap.
Verified in a sandboxed TTY Emacs: the menu is bound in all five input modes,
tmm-menubarlists the entries with their key hints, and picking Char from the Input Mode submenu switches the buffer to char mode.
