tweak(lib): doom/reload: don't auto-close popup
Forcibly binds "q" because, depending on the compilation mode (e.g. ghostel) and whether evil/meow is present or not, it may not do anything (or may do the wrong thing, like trigger macro recording). Fix: #8862
