FSharp.Core 4.5.0 nuget package contains an extra, unsigned copy of zh-Hant version of FSharp.Core.resources.dll in the lib/net45 folder.
Repro steps
Look in the lib/net45 folder of the unpacked Nuget package.
Expected behavior
For the file not to be there.
Actual behavior
It is there.
Known workarounds
Ignore it (I've not seen it cause any problems other than a warning from NCrunch that it has unexpectedly loaded resources from it).
