Remove FSTDEP025 and throw FST_ERR_ROUTE_METHOD_ALREADY_SUPPORTED when addHttpMethod attempts to override a supported method without overrideExisting. BREAKING CHANGE: addHttpMethod now requires overrideExisting: true when overriding an existing HTTP method.
