Remove the deprecated top-level disableRequestLogging option. Configure request logging through LogController instead. BREAKING CHANGE: disableRequestLogging is no longer supported as a top-level Fastify option. Pass it to LogController and provide the instance through logController.
Exercise the supported LogController function option when route-not-found logging is disabled.
