Update the docs for the stable 2.0 release - #607

Removes the release-candidate warnings from the install and upgrade guides, drops --stability=beta from the install command and the minimum-stability: beta upgrade step, and sets the extension upgrade guide's flarum/core requirement to ^2.0. Refs flarum#596.

v2.0.0is tagged. Merging this before then breaks the install command, becausecomposer create-project flarum/flarum:^2.0.0with no--stability=betafinds nothing to install while only RCs exist.Closes the mechanical part of #596:
install.md: removed the release-candidate:::warning.install.md: dropped--stability=betafrom thecreate-projectcommand.install.md: the archive table still lists2.0.0-rc.8. Not touched here, because its links must point at the stable packages inflarum/installation-packages, which do not exist until the release is built. That is the usual table routine (Update 2.x install download links for v2.0.0-rc.6 #580, Update 2.x install download links for v2.0.0-rc.7 #582, Update 2.x install download links for v2.0.0-rc.8 #583), run once more against the stable tag.update.md: replaced the release-candidate:::warningwith a plain one. The old text carried the only "back up and test on a staging copy" advice in the guide, so I kept that part and dropped the RC framing.update.md: removed step 5, "Setminimum-stabilitytobeta", along with its:::infosaying to switch back tostableafter release. Steps 6 to 8 are now 5 to 7; nothing on the page or elsewhere in the docs refers to them by number. Forums coming from 1.x already haveminimum-stability: betawithprefer-stable: truefrom the 1.x skeleton, and that resolves stable releases without any change.extend/update-2_0.md:flarum/corerequirement^2.0.0-betabecomes^2.0.Merge note: this conflicts with #606 on one line of
update.md, the "Disable third-party extensions" step. #606 adds a sentence to it and this PR renumbers it from 8 to 7. Whichever lands second should keep**7.with #606's added sentence. It merges cleanly with #592 and #595, the other open PRs touching these files.
