How to reproduce

Not sure.

Expected Behavior

Used runtime shall not be uninstalled.

Actual Behavior

I noticed that I could not play videos any longer in my browser. It turns out flatpak uninstalled the codecs along with some other unused runtimes:

sept.  2 21:09:04 uninstall      org.kde.KStyle.Adwaita                        6.10        system
sept.  2 21:09:07 uninstall      org.kde.Platform                              6.10        system
sept.  2 21:09:07 uninstall      org.freedesktop.Platform.codecs-extra         25.08-extra system
sept.  2 21:09:07 uninstall      org.kde.Platform.Locale                       6.10        system

The next day I updated Thundebird and it reinstalled the codecs:

sept.  3 18:15:52 deploy install org.freedesktop.Platform.codecs-extra         25.08-extra system       flathub
sept.  3 18:15:53 deploy update  org.mozilla.thunderbird.Locale                stable      system       flathub
sept.  3 18:16:59 deploy update  org.mozilla.thunderbird                       stable      system       flathub

I wasn't able to find a command that outputs all the dependents of org.freedesktop.Platform.codecs-extra so i don't really know what flatpak thinks they are but it should definitely not uninstall runtimes that are in use.

    Today I had the same issue in 1.18.2

    Actual Behaviour

    Today I had no video with Jellyfin desktop with files that were playing fine yesterday, It turn out that flatpak uninstalled the codecs along with some unused runtimes which I think were dependencies of something I installed and uninstalled yesterday.

    Reinstalling Jellyfin Desktop reinstalled the codecs solving the issue.
