Personal tools and config glue for working with AI coding agents, mostly Claude Code with Codex and Pi support.
This repo is meant to be the shareable, curated version of tools that also live in my dotfiles. The live setup may still be in flurdy/dotfiles; this repo keeps the pieces easier to browse, copy, and discuss.

These independently usable repositories are installed and versioned separately, but complement the tools here:
- flurdy/agent-skills — portable workflows for Pi, Claude Code, and Codex.
- flurdy/pi-skill-model-router — an optional Pi extension that maps skill routing metadata to locally configured models, with its pre-extraction history in this repository.
- flurdy/pi-session-mode — independently installed
guarded modes, writer leases and
/leasesinspection; its pre-extraction history is here. - flurdy/pi-watch-loop — the independently installed protocol-v1 extension for bounded fixed and adaptive watch workflows, with its pre-extraction history preserved from this repository.

make applymake apply links the statusline, Kitty tab title, completion notifier and theme into ~/.pi/agent.
It refuses conflicting resources rather than overwriting them and leaves unrelated settings untouched.
Disable other completion notifiers first; see notification delivery and limitations.
Install session-mode separately for guard indicators and /leases; statusline reads its published
statuses without a package dependency. See statusline installation.
This does not install settings, launchers, APPEND_SYSTEM.md, session-mode, skill-model-router or
watch-loop. Restart Pi after first linking an extension; /reload is sufficient for later changes.

- Goal baseline fixture — no-model CSV repair fixture and frozen checks; preparation only, with no sandbox or execution runner.
These scripts are extracted from my own environment, so they intentionally keep some local workflow assumptions. The per-tool READMEs call those out where they matter.
