Add a render tree view to the devtools widget inspector #636

It looks like currently, the devtools widget inspector only shows the widget tree, whereas in IntelliJ, you can also click over to see the render tree. Seeing the render tree would be useful in devtools as well. Specifically, you should be able to select a widget in the widget tree, then click over to the render tree and see the corresponding render element.
