[Inspector V2] Handle on-device selection of an implementation widget when implementation widgets are hidden #8626

In #8494, we added an error notification when a user selects an implementation widget on their device, but implementation widgets are hidden. This is not the most friendly UI.

Instead, we should:

• Select the parent of the implementation widget in the widget tree
• Show an notification (not error!) that the widget selected in the tree is an ancestor of the selected implementation widget
