Overview

Part of #111138.

In the CameraX library, the PendingRecording class is used to start a recording and allows for its configuration beforehand. Thus, this class essential to implementing video capture in the CameraX plugin.

Requirements

The following is a running list of the methods required for adding the PendingRecording class to the CameraX plugin:

  • Recording start(Executor listenerExecutor, Consumer<VideoRecordEvent> listener)
  • PendingRecording withAudioEnabled()
