   It's also not always in the middle. On iOS, if the toolbar squishes to the side, the arrow attempts to stay as close as possible to the selected text.

   I seem to have solved the problem that the triangle attached to the toolbar is always in the middle.
   Now looks like iOS.
   

   However, the problem of dividing the line has not yet found a reasonable solution to solve. : (

   It turns out in the screenshot above the menu is too wide. iOS does try to avoid lining up the arrow and the divider.
