FFI change breaks the new gallery #120260

The change here https://dart.googlesource.com/sdk.git/+/846fb2832ec957d1f74ebb6cd92faca6fea1d2de
breaks the new gallery, which depends on a package that has a nullable struct field: https://github.com/fluttercommunity/plus_plugins/blob/main/packages/package_info_plus/package_info_plus/lib/src/file_version_info.dart#L13

@zanderso I assume we have to revert in the SDK while we fix the dependencies and roll forward the dependencies?
