Is there an existing issue for this?

Use case

When tapping a misspelled word on Android, the red underline disappears and is replaced by a text/composing underline. Here is a screenshot of Flutter now:

Proposal

Instead, both the red underline and the text/composing underline should be shown. Here is a screenshot of native Android:

    This might be possible using https://api.flutter.dev/flutter/dart-ui/TextDecoration/TextDecoration.combine.html .
