Tooltip richMessage recognizers does not work #126206

Steps to reproduce
- Create a simple Tooltip widget.
- Use a TextSpan with a TapGestureRecognizer instead of String message
- The recognizer is not working
Expected results
I am expecting to be able to click on my TextSpan and see WORLD on my terminal.
Actual results
Tooltip is getting closed and the gesture is not being recognized.
