Auto height error in Table Widget: row gets zero height when all cells use TableCellVerticalAlignment.fill

Steps to reproduce

Create a table widget.
Add children (TableRow and TableCell).
Set the default vertical alignment as TableCellVerticalAlignment.fill (will be used automatically in all cells).

Expected results

All rows should have automatic height with cell filling.
Cell filling means automatically filling the height of all rows and not knowing which cell has the most height.

Actual results

When TableCellVerticalAlignment.fill is used by all cells, the row height becomes zero height.
