Exception when hot loading CodeLab #13030

Steps to Reproduce
Working through the codelab, after the step Add a SizeTransition widget, I attempted a hot reload and received the below exception.
flutter run ran fine afterwards, without code changes.

CocoaPods is used to retrieve the iOS platform side's plugin code that responds to your plugin usage on the Dart side.
