   I was just going report this issue as well. I also get this build fail with Flutter web release builds using Flutter 3.13.0. This did did not happen with Flutter 3.10.6, so it is a regression.

   In my case, I'm seeing it without an external package, but where I have a few custom icon fonts bundled as assets, and in this case all of the icons in the asset file are used in the app, so none should be tree shaken. The class for the custom icons look pretty much like the Flutter Icons class look, and like most icon packages I have seen.

   Reproducible using the code sample in https://github.com/josh-burton/flutter-icons-codepoint-bug.

   Disabling tree-shaking of the icons allows the build to succeed. This only reproduced on the latest stable and master but not on the previous stable (3.10.6).

   Yes using the --no-tree-shake-icons flag solves the build issue, but you then also don't get any tree-shaking of the icons and you web build size grows significantly.

   I used it yesterday to get the web build done with Flutter 3.13.0, so I can confirm that it works as a temporary workaround.
