Test Mac build_ios_framework_module_test fails on Xcode 15 beta 6 and macOS 13.5.

error: DT_TOOLCHAIN_DIR cannot be used to evaluate LD_RUNPATH_SEARCH_PATHS, use TOOLCHAIN_DIR instead (in target 'Pods-Runner' from project 'Pods')

Looks like Cocoapods already has a fix in (Issue, Fix). We're either going to need to upgrade Cocoapods or do our own fix.

    @christopherfujino / @stuartmorgan I've never done a Cocoapods update before. Could you advise on if you think it's feasible or if we should look into a workaround?

    Fix isn't in a Cocoapods release yet anyways.

    Looks like the Cocoapods fix isn't in a release yet. So we need to look into how to a fix ourselves.

    Also, looks like this only affects macOS.

    I think we can do a hack similar to this one to fix: d4934fb

    fyi @cbracken
