Proposal
Currently we cannot create a high-contrast ColorScheme by using ColorScheme.fromSeed(). Since Scheme in mcu package has been deprecated, we've migrated ColorScheme.fromSeed to use DynamicScheme. In DynamicScheme, it supports to build a color scheme with a contrast level from -1 to 1. This issue is to request a contrastLevel parameter in ColorScheme.fromSeed.
