[Android] Update SystemUiMode documentation to reflect edge-to-edge as the default mode and update template counter app to use edge-to-edge #150367
Because edge-to-edge is becoming the default mode for apps targeting Android 15+, it will become the default SystemUiMode when Flutter targets Android 15 by default (unless the developer manually changes their target version). Thus, SystemUiMode documentation needs to be updated to reflect this fact.
Not documentation, but we should also update the template counter app to use edge-to-edge mode as part of this step. From my own testing, we may want to add padding to avoid the layout moving down towards the bottom of the screen slightly, but it is otherwise not impacted.

This might just mean making sure the sample app uses the Flutter version on main since Flutter targets API 15 already.
