[ios] Flutter framework feeds wrong text range into the engine #160100

This is a follow up issue for #138464

Flutter framework feeds invalid text range into the engine. The temp workaround here stoped the crash by handling invalid range in the engine. However, we should further investigate it by figuring out where the invalid range came from and fix the upstream.
